Suzan Ecklof’s dishes may be used in various Christmas holiday situations. The Sausage and Zucchini Side Dish and Beef Stew (back) could be served for lunch after a morning shopping trip. The Taco Dip and Linguine Salad (front) are appropriate for holiday parties and buffets.
