Jeffrey M. FitzPatrick

Jeffrey M. FitzPatrick, 60, of Falconer passed away Friday, June 28, 2024, in his home after a courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife Amy L. FitzPatrick. Friends will be received by the family from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Falconer Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Falconer First Baptist Church. A complete obituary will be published in Monday’s Post-Journal. Arrangements are by the Falconer Funeral Home.
