A celebration of life for Maxine J. Brown, 83, of Jamestown, who died April 1, 2024, will be held from 2-4 pm Sunday June 9th at South Hills Country Club on the second floor of the clubhouse.
Prior to her retirement she was employed by Jamestown Public Schools as a teacher’s aide at Love School. She had previously worked for Frewsburg Central School as a teacher.
Surviving is her husband Chester “Chet” Brown; three children Kirk (Jill) Brown, Kim (Ken) Peterson, and Kristin Thurston; and eight grandchildren Nolan, Loren, and Cole Brown, Erik, and Ellie Peterson and Jaret, Breck and Taya Thurston.
