Willard D. Thompson

He was born July 30, 1938, in Corsica, PA, the son of the late Albert and Myrtle Horm Thompson.

Before his retirement he worked at Acu-Rite Co. Inc for several years.

Willard enjoyed watching NASCAR, especially Dale Earnhardt and was a huge Chevrolet fan.

Surviving is his son Duane A. Thompson whom he made his home with his sister Ruth Thompson, and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Sharon Boddorf Thompson whom he married Jan. 29, 1966, and who died Dec. 1, 2001, and his sister Doris Rankin who died in 1999.

In keeping with Willard’s wishes, no funeral service or visitation will be observed.
