William “Bill” Francis

William “Bill” Francis, 88, passed June 7, 2024. A lifelong and loyal Ashville resident, Bill was instrumental through the early years of Ashville General Store; proudly, he also raised five children in the town: Jackie, Jody, Vicki, Valerie, and Bill. An older son, Jeff, sadly passed in June of 2022. Bill was extremely proud of his children, 15 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
