William L. Wright Sr.

The memorial service for William L. “Bill” Wright, Sr. of West Ellicott, who died June 5, 2024 will be held at 4:00 pm Thursday, July 18 at First Presbyterian Church in Jamestown. A reception will follow at the Sportsmen’s Club of Lake Chautauqua.

Bill practiced law in the Jamestown area for forty years.

Surviving are his wife, Constance (“Connie”) Larson Wright, his sister-in-law, Carol Sorg, three children, Susan Carlson (Greg), William L. (“Bill”) Wright Jr., and Stephen J. Wright (Debbie), nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Lawson Boating Heritage Center on Chautauqua Lake, the Chautauqua Lake & Watershed Management Alliance or the First Presbyterian Church.
