Andrew (Andy) Bowen

Andy showed his kindness and thoughtfulness by regularly feeding his friends and family with his delicious homemade meals. He was an exceptional cook and made delicious desserts. Andy was very generous and kind to all he called his friends.

Andy previously lived in Homer, Alaska where he was able to experience life in the wilderness. While in Homer, he built beautiful log cabins. He also worked in the Aleutian Islands off the Alaskan Peninsula in the Northern Pacific Ocean, building steel buildings. His passion besides his animals, cooking, and his craftmanship were fishing and camping.

Andy is survived by his mother, Sally Bowen of Lakewood, Father Alan Bowen (Vickie) of Jamestown, Brother Jay Bowen (Kellie Lisciandro), Sister Ann DeLeon (Elliott), his beloved girlfriend Kristina Coil (Tage, Grayson, and Ariana), and his Godparents John and Sandy Fellows. He is also survived by his nieces Taylor and Madalyn Bowen, Ellie and Lyla DeLeon, two nephews, Gavin Bowen and Eligh DeLeon as well as Aunts, Uncles, and many cousins. Andy did not have any children of his own but is survived by his cat Odd, and his beloved dog Brutus, who sadly left this world the day after Andy. Now they are now together as one.

Andy was proceeded in death by his Grandmother, Lyla Bowen (104) and his beloved dog Patch (2) who left him way too soon.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
