Charles E. Dietrich

He was the husband of Suzanne Erickson Dietrich whom he married in 1976.

Charles was born March 2, 1946 in Meadville, PA, a son of the late Loyton B. and Mable Johnston Dietrich. Following school, he served in the US Navy with duty aboard the icebreaker USS Glacier (AGB-4).

For over 30 years, he was employed by Blackstone in their warehouse. Following retirement, he became an avid landscaper around his home.

Along with his wife Suzanne, surviving are their two sons, Michael (Heather) Dietrich ofJamestown and Daniel Dietrich of Lakewood; a grandson, Gavin Dietrich of Jamestown; as well as a niece, Faith Baker of Jamestown, and nephew, Timothy Alleman of Pennsylvania. Also surviving are two sisters, Patricia Dietrich and Carol Keith; and two brothers, Gerald and Kerry Dietrich.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond Campbell and Richard Dietrich; and two sisters, Phyllis Alleman and Beverly Dietrich.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3rd in the Lind Funeral Home, led by Pastor Adam Rohler. Burial will be in Bentley Cemetery, Lakewood. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service in the funeral home on Saturday.
