Willard W. Cass Jr.
Willard. W. Cass Jr., 94, of 72 N. Pearl Street, Frewsburg, died Wednesday Dec. 25, 2024, in his home.
He was the husband of Florence “Floss” Cass.
Prior to his retirement in 1999, he was a New York State Surrogate Court Judge.
A celebration of his life will be held in the summer of 2025.
